The restoration works were led by Fulvio Di Rosa, an award-winning architect that has spent the last three decades bringing life back to rural farmhouses and abandoned Tuscan hamlets.

His dedication to authenticity knows no bounds. Mr. Di Rosa believes that in a restoration, the architect takes on a very unique role.

The original farmhouse has been carefully restored under the direction of a skilled team of local craftsmen.

Original wood beams, cotto flooring tiles, and authentic roof tiles have all been preserved and repurposed.
